Rotational dining is a unique feature of cruises aboard Disney ships, and the Disney Wish is no exception. This unique dining experience allows guests to rotate through different themed restaurants each night of their cruise. When your Straight Away Travel advisor is booking your cruise, they will ask if you prefer main or late dining. On Bahamas/Caribbean sailings those times are at 5:45 PM for main, and the Second Seating begins at 8:00 PM. If there is no availability for main and that is your preference, we will be happy to contact Disney to get you on the waitlist. We can also put in a request for which rotation would work best for you. For example if you have a Frozen fan and her birthday is during the sailing, we can request a rotation that would accommodate that being the restaurant that falls on her birthday. Or if you book an adult only dining experience, such as Enchanté, we can request (based on availability) for a rotation that doesn’t interfere with one of the rotational restaurants you are looking forward to the most. Guests receive their rotation schedule and table number by checking their DCL Navigator App upon arrival. Here’s a closer look at the rotational dining options on the Disney Wish.
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining AdventureAll aboard the Disney Wish for an enchanting dining experience inspired by the magical world of Frozen! This immersive restaurant includes a royal setting inspired by Anna and Elsa’s hometown, complete with whimsical snowflakes and twinkling icicles. Diners will enjoy a three-course menu of Nordic-inspired cuisine, including dishes such as smoked salmon pate and charred beef tenderloin. There will also be lively musical performances by the Frozen characters themselves! We did a stay at Walt Disney World just before the cruise, and picked up a few fun accessories in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot for my boys to wear to this meal. Many little girls were dressed as Anna and Elsa!
Worlds of Marvel: Enter the Marvel Universe with this action-packed restaurant! Inspired by the Avengers, Worlds of Marvel features cutting-edge technology, including special screens and lighting elements, that bring the Marvel Cinematic Universe to life. Guests are able to use Quantum Core technology right at their table! Diners will enjoy a fusion of American and international flavors. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for your favorite Marvel characters, who might just make an appearance! When we dined at Worlds of Marvel, Ant-Man and Wasp arrived to help us out of some tiny and large situations!! This meal was a blast! We brought Marvel costumes along with us to feel even more a part of the story.
1923: Step back in time to Hollywood’s golden age with 1923. The decor is inspired by the art deco style of the 1920s and 1930s, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. The menu features classic American cuisine, including grilled steaks and mashed potatoes, all served with a side of old Hollywood glamour. Often guests will choose to wear 1920’s themed attire to immerse themselves even further into this amazing dining experience.
In addition to these restaurants, the Disney Wish will also offer a variety of quick-service dining options, as well as room service for those looking to dine in the comfort of their staterooms. Don’t worry- you will never be hungry on your Disney Cruise, they have thought of everything to accomodate the needs of their guests. For an additional fee, there are two specialty restaurants:
