Straight Away travel agents are independent contractors who set their own hours and decide how much work they want to put into building their own business. We are looking for people who want to work hard and create a successful business for themselves. Being able to work independently is a must! You will generate your own sales leads and social media is a great place to do that. Often times, you will be provided with a sales lead from the website.
We are looking for travel advisors with different areas of expertise. Each advisor starts with their niche and grows from there.
A Disney expert is someone who has planned their own trip at least 3 times in the past 3 years and we prefer people who have cruised with Disney but that isn’t a requirement.
A Caribbean and cruise expert is someone who has cruised 3 or more times and has been to Caribbean islands and or Hawaii.
You’ll enjoy access to a complete personalized support system specially designed with the needs of your business in mind. You will earn a generous and competitive commission for the travel you book for your clients, and other than a small annual fee to cover training and insurance there are no costs to you.
