When you go to Walt Disney World, You typically purchase a package. The package includes tickets, a resort stay, and most people choose a dining plan. Below are the parks in Walk Disney World. When you stay at a Disney Resort, you will have continuous transportation to the Disney Parks via the monorail, Disney bus, Disney’s new Skyliner, or boat. Most people choose experience the 4 main parks, but some only go to a couple. The two water parks are not as popular but so much fun! Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is the home of Cinderella, the dream that Walt Disney imagined, and everything Magical in Disney. Magic Kingdom is a must see park on every trip and is full of surprises around every corner. Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is home to Galaxy’s Edge, Star Wars Land and Toy Story Land. It is also the theme of old Hollywood. Adults and kids alike will have plenty to see and do in this park for more than a day. From the Twilight Zone’s Tower of Terror and Aerosmith’s Rock N Roller Coaster to Disney Junior’s Dance Party and Anna and Elsa Frozen Sing A Long, this park is a do not miss on your trip! The New Disney Skyliner will also deliver you here from Epcot if you have a park hopper ticket or many of the Walt Disney World Resorts. The nighttime show Fantastic is a favorite among may of us too where you will see Sorcerer Mickey fight the evil dragon and see all of your beloved Disney characters come by your seat on the enchanted steam boat.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom park recently made a transformation to include Disney’s $400 million addition of Pandora, the world of Avatar. For that alone, you need to visit Animal Kingdom. The animals roam, the music soars, the customs bloom and you will leave more knowledgable and relaxed. You may even get lucky enough to witness an Animal Specialist perform a medical procedure on an animal (kid-friendly of course). Animal Kingdom at night is breathtaking and boosts some gorgeous luminescent wonders . Epcot

Epcot stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. Epcot is divided into 2 sections, the World Showcase and Future World. The world showcase consists of 11 themed country areas. Each country has cast members (employees) that live in those countries and are in Disney for a short time for work experience. This makes for educational fun for everyone. Hosting many festivals thought out the year, there is usually additional entertainment, dining experiences, and special surprises depending on the time of year you visit. These festival are fun for adults and children. Epcot is also the home of two of the best attractions in WDW, Soarin Over the World and Chevrolet’s Test Track. Disney’s 2 Water Parks

Both of Disney World’s water parks operate on a seasonal schedule with a lengthy refurbishment period during colder weather. Weather permitting, every day of the year has at least one park open, and both are open from (roughly) March through October.

Blizzard Beach

According to Disney “legend,” a freak snowstorm in the area led to the development of Florida’s first ski resort. … The ski resort operators suddenly saw the park’s potential, and the mountain of snow became Blizzard Beach, “the most slushy, slippery, exhilarating water park anywhere!” In 2019, Blizzard will be closed beginning September 8th and reopen January 5, 2020.

Typhoon Lagoon

Typhoon Lagoon is one of the 2 water parks at Walt Disney World. It is home to the world’s largest wave pool with waves bigger than we’ve ever witnessed. There are thrills for all ages at this ultra fun water park.
