This is THE resort everyone thinks of when they think of Disney and the resort you see in Disney advertisements! The Grand Floridian is themed like a Victorian California themed hotel. This resort has many amenities, but the most important being only a monorail, boat trip, or scenic walk away from the Magic Kingdom. Are you hungry? There are also many popular restaurants located at this hotel-from fine dining to character dining!
What Makes This Resort Hotel Unique
There are various forms of transportation you can take to the different parks. First you can walk to the Magic Kingdom! Additionally, you can hop onto the monorail or boat to get to the Magic Kingdom. Epcot is only a monorail stop away! This resort has normal rooms, studio rooms, and suites- so they can sleep between 5-8 people. You can also upgrade to various views, such as theme park view or lagoon view. It also has several delicious and well loved restaurants, such as Victoria and Albert’s and 1900 Park Fare (both currently are not open as of 4/18). The pool area is so much fun with a 181 foot slide, splash area with slides, and a zero entry pool. Grab a drink at the Enchanted Rose and watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool!

- Monorail, Boat, and Walk to Magic Kingdom
- Monorail and Bus to Epcot
