I worked with Sydney Hicks at S.A.T and I am so happy to recommend her to all my friends and family. She knew about all the little Disney tips that only a real Disney Cruiser can let you in on. She pointed me in the direction of things like Facebook Groups for my cruise date which helped me get into the gift exchange “Fish Extenders” which was one of the highlights of my trip! I would never had known about this prior to the cruise if Sydney didn’t lead the way. She also helped me land all those hard to get reservations and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. During the cruise I wasn’t able to access a document and Sydney sent it to me ASAP. I can’t say enough about the true treasure Sydney is and I hope that this review helps another family confirm that they are in good hands with this travel agency. 5 stars well earned! My family and I are extremely pleased with our experience with Sydney as our travel agent. She planned our Disney World trip in June of this year. Thanks to her, our vacation was relaxing for all of us. After she took care of the details, all we needed to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. She even checked in and made sure everything was going well and gave us pointers on how we could enjoy ourselves in the parks once we were there. We definitely plan to use Sydney’s services in the future.

Just had to share what a wonderful vacation my family and I just returned from. Sydney Hicks was the best travel agent. We went to Negril, Jamaica. Stayed at the Royalton and she had us set up from our flights, to a private driver, to the VIP lounge in airport. She also had our butler waiting on us. We have never been to Jamaica and it was the best vacation ever. Sidney our agent made sure we were taken care of and we felt the comfort knowing she made all of our arrangements just perfect!!!!!
