My name is Rachel Ratliff and I am originally from Eastern Kentucky but currently reside in Sarasota, Florida. We are a family of four–myself, my retired Army spouse, and our two kids (so naturally we love all things Disney, Universal, etc.). I have always loved to travel and plan trips for myself and others so I finally decided to take it further and become a travel agent.
