Can’t say enough good things about April and what she offers. I have booked our universal trips in the past and kind winged it, every time we went I would notice things I didn’t think about that we would end up missing out on. April scheduled every part of our trip down to where we ate dinner. We really had the best time ever because we didn’t worry about figuring out what to do because it was already done for us. Her communication was amazing, she always responds with in about 15 minutes and if she didn’t have the answer she would get it quickly. All of our Universal trips will only be scheduled with April going forward.
