Staying club level at Walt Disney World just made sense for us as our kids started getting older here’s why:
So, as you may or may not know, kids ages 10 and older are charged adult pricing at restaurants with prixe fix menus on Walt Disney World property. Not ideal for those families with picky eaters. We are also those parents who have to have two coffees per day and the occasional adult beverage. We were also already staying in deluxe accommodations for the extra space factor (because again, pre-teen probs, but I digress). Considering all of these factors, it just made sense for us to try out club level.
Here’s the breakdown of what we had daily from the lounge at Disney’s yacht club club level:
2 Espresso coffee drinks (x2) at least $24
Breakfast $164 (TS), $40 (QS)
Snacks $50
(Club Level actually worked as meals for us because again, picky eaters)
Lunch $50-$150
Dinner $50-$150
Adult beverages (beer, wine, etc.) $45
Unsweet teas, bottled water, juices, and sodas: grocery or in parks AT LEAST $35
MICKEY BARS…oh yeah and other awesome desserts for those late night cravings
So depending on your travel party it may actually save you money to stay in a club level room! This is one way working with Straight Away Travel’s agents who know and love all things Disney can help you save while making sure you have the most magical vacation imaginable!
