We set up a private webpage for your group and then use it to collect money from your individual participants. We personally handle the payment logistics, giving you one less detail to manage.

Much of our planning is complimentary. When we book rooms with a resort, they pay us a commission, which means you don’t have to pay us. However, if you require extra care during the trip, such as having an agent on site, we do charge a fee for that service. If you let us know your exact needs, we can tell you whether any fees will be charged.
