When you arrive at Montego Bay (or Kingston) with Club Mobay service, you will have an attendant waiting for you when you get down the ramp from your arrival gate. The attendant will have your name on a sign and your personal attendant will guide you through customs and immigration. They will assist you with your luggage and guide you through the process. When you complete your quick journey through customs and immigration, they will take you to the Club Mobay lounge where you can order off the food and drink menu which is all included in your cost. They will help you find your driver as well. Is it worth the cost to have it added to your arrival? Sometimes, yes, when there is a long line at customs or multiple planes landing at the same time, it is worth it. If you need assistance with your luggage, yes, it is worth it. Usually you won’t know if it was worth it until you arrive. The departure is always worth it! You will return to the airport and head straight to the lounge with AC, WiFi, food, beverage, showers, bathrooms, a kids playroom and more.
