Here are a few reminders for you to help you prepare for the trip:
- You will be emailed an invoice with the remainder of the trip cost.
- The remaining trip balance will be charged on January 3, 2026
- Half of your deposit is refundable until January 1, 2026
- Name changes allowed up to 30 days prior to the trip
- If you have a covered medical reason on your travel insurance, you can make a claim after final payment at any time. This is between you and your travel insurance company. We will recommend policies to you.
